Location: The property is located in Ocotal at The Cove Complex, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Detailed directions, access instructions, and unit information will be provided prior to arrival.
Airport arrival and transportation: We will be glad to assist you from the moment of your arrival in Costa Rica. Transportation from the airport to the property can be arranged at fixed rates upon request, as well as return transportation at the end of your vacation. Please contact us in advance if you would like us to organize your transport service.

Access To The Unit
Prior to your arrival, please communicate with us to let us know if you prefer a self check-in using the lockbox to access the key, or if you would like a meet and greet with the property manager to ensure a smooth arrival. We strongly recommend using the property manager option, so we make sure you are safe and ready to start and enjoy your vacation.

Quiet Hours & No Smoking
Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect other residents and guests.
No smoking: Smoking is STRICKLY forbidden inside the units, and on the terraces to avoid drafts from contamination the condo.
No Animals: Du to multiple guest allergies, animals are not permitted
Utilities
Electricity and Air Conditioning
Electricity costs in Costa Rica are high. When not needed and for environmental reasons, please turn off air conditioning and lights, specially when leaving the unit.

Hi! We sincerely hope you enjoyed your stay. To help us prepare for our next guests, please follow this checkout list:
1. General Cleanliness
Trash: Please remove all empty containers, boxes, and rubbish. Place them in the garbage, leaving all surface areas clear as they were upon your arrival.
Sand Control: Please shake out all beach bags and towels outside to prevent sand from accumulating inside the condo.
2. Kitchen & Food
Dishes: Please wash and dry all dishes.
Food Storage: Please do not leave any perishable food out on the counters. You may leave items inside the fridge; our cleaning crew will handle the disposal.
Stove Safety: Please double-check that all stove knobs are turned off.
3. Linens & Towels
Used Towels: Place all used towels inside the bathroom shower. Important: Please do not leave wet towels on the furniture.
Bedding: You may leave the beddings exactly as they are.
4. Energy & Security
Climate Control: Turn off all air conditioners and ceiling fans.
Lighting: Turn off all lights throughout the condo.
Windows & Doors: Close all windows and doors tightly. Please ensure patio doors are fully closed and sealed.
5. Final Departure Check
Before you head out, please do a final walkthrough to check for personal items:
Drawers: Check for passports and travel documents.
Bathroom: Check all shelves and cabinets.
Under Beds: Ensure no personal items have been left behind.
Outlets: Check all wall outlets for chargers and cables.
